SHIPPING POLICY – Ezyvora

Thank you for shopping with Ezyvora. We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped from our warehouse or supplier.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time within India: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders.
    (You can change this if you charge shipping)

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order using the provided link.

5. Delays

  • Delivery delays may occur due to:
    • High order volume
    • Courier issues
    • Weather conditions
    • Remote locations

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If a delivery fails due to:
    • Customer not available
    • Incorrect address
    • Phone not reachable

The order may be returned to us (RTO).
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call or message.
  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if verification fails.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

10. Dropshipping Notice

  • Some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
  • Therefore, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product.

11.Shipping Time: 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

🚚 For imported products, delivery may take 7–15 business days depending on your location.
